IFS and IFIO Sessions
Quick Overview of Services
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a deeply transformative and healing modality for getting to root issues underlying life challenges. Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) applies IFS to romantic and/or partnered relationships. I provide IFS sessions for individuals and IFIO sessions for both poly and monogamous relationships. I am listed in IFS Institute’s practitioner directory, but to be clear, I am not a licensed mental health provider.

Autism Support Groups
I Ching readings
Autism awareness is on the rise, which is important and positive movement! However, Ableism, also on the rise, remains unseen, insidiously playing out in very toxic ways in every corner of our culture.
It is known that regular attendance in a group setting can provide the excellent support to participants. And, so does flexibility and understanding, because, let’s face it, sometimes it’s just hard to be social! To that end, my Support Groups do not require regular attendance, just a willingness to show up when you can.

These groups are not to be confused with group therapy. As mentioned many times in this website, I am not a licensed mental health provider, but a formally trained IFS Practitioner. I do not diagnose Autism, but I believe in the inner wisdom of individuals to self-diagnose. Formal diagnosis not required to participate in these support groups, and these groups are ADHD inclusive.
To be clear, I am not of Asian descent. I am Arab-American with some Swedish, Scottish, and Welsch ancestry. I did, however, have the profound good fortune to connect with Master Alfred Huang in my lifetime. His book, The Complete I Ching, is truly definitive, and I have relied on it as an incredible resource in my life. Having studied and followed Master Huang’s translation of the I Ching for over 15 years, I have been sharing its wisdom since 2019.

Please note that all services require 24-hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to wave that fee once for new clients canceling without 24-hours notice or for clients experiencing serious emergencies, such as accidents or hospitalizations for client or loved one, and the death of loved ones. If 24-hours notice is not given and does not qualify as one of the above exceptions, a late fee equal to half of the session fee will be billed to and owed by client. If any late fee is not paid, services will be suspended until fee is paid and a follow up conversation takes place between Grassroots Life Coaching, LLC and client. If unqualified late cancellation happens more than once, the continuation of services will need to be discussed. Sadly, this requirement is based on a history of late cancellations.
